OPEN Tender Procedure (2 Lots)
Interested tenderers may bid for one Lot - or both Lots.
LOT 1 – Services to enhance and improve incident response capabilities and readiness across the EU
Maximum budget: €1.000.000,00 over 4 years
This Lot will conclude with the award of multiple framework contracts using the cascade system with a minimum of two successful bidders.
The purpose of this LOT is to provide consultancy services to support ENISA work to enhance and improve incident response capabilities and readiness across the Union through EU CSIRTs Network and through the improvement of maturity and preparedness of operational communities including cooperation with Law enforcement. These activities contribute to the ENISA strategic objectives: SO3 Effective cooperation amongst operational actors within the Union in case of massive cyber incidents and SO1 Empowered and engaged communities across the cybersecurity ecosystem.
The objectives of the consultancy services related to the support of the activities of ENISA in the context of the EU CSIRTs Network and incident response in EU at large may take but are not limited to, the following forms:
- Data collection, stocktaking of existing knowledge including desk research and interviews and analysis
- Meetings support
- Reporting and Creation of dedicated reports, short papers and white papers
- Updating existing ENISA material
- Technical translations and proofreading
- Project management
LOT 2 – Supporting crises management and joint response in the EU
Maximum budget: €600.000,00 over 4 years
This Lot will conclude with the award of multiple framework contracts using the cascade system with a minimum of two successful bidders.
The purpose of this LOT is to provide consultancy services to support ENISA work on crises management and joint response in the EU. These activities contribute to the ENISA strategic objective1: effective cooperation amongst operational actors within the Union in case of massive cyber incidents.
The objectives of the consultancy services related to the support of the activities of ENISA in the context of the crisis management and joint response in EU may take but are not limited to, the following forms:
- Data collection, stocktaking of existing knowledge including desk research, interviews and analysis
- Support to the meetings organization, including among others meeting reporting
- Development of dedicated reports, short papers and white papers
- Project management
